That is why we promote an environment where every professional can grow, contribute new ideas, and participate in projects with regional and global impact. **Responsibilities** * Develop, test, and maintain COBOL applications (both online and batch) * Work with CICS, VSAM, and JCL to support and enhance mainframe systems * Manage job scheduling and automation using Control\-M * Participate in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment practices * Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams within an Agile (Scrum) framework * Track and manage tasks and workflows using Jira **Requirements** * At least 1 year of experience as a Mainframe/COBOL Developer * Hands\-on knowledge of COBOL (online and batch) * Experience with CICS, VSAM, and JCL * Familiarity with Control\-M for job scheduling * Proven experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum * Understanding of continuous integration, delivery, and deployment practices, ideally supported by Jira * English skills at an A2 level or above **Nice to have** * Experience with VAX systems * Knowledge of the Altamira core banking platform * Experience using ChangeMan for source code version control and change management **We offer** * Dynamic work environment * Professional Growth * Competitive salary * EPS insurance 100% covered for the worker * Attractive benefits plan * Development opportunities * Multicultural Collaboration * Referal Program
