Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, Flow, and Platform Events **Position Summary** -------------------- To be a driven business analyst who can work on complex Analytical problems and help the customer in better business decision making especially in Pharma (domain). **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------ - Translate solution architecture into detailed technical designs for LS Cloud / Health Cloud configuration and custom development - Lead and mentor a pod of 3–5 Salesforce developers; review code and declarative configuration - Own sprint\-level build delivery: task breakdown, estimation, daily oversight, demo readiness - Configure LS Cloud / Health Cloud objects (HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Care Program), record types, page layouts, security, and sharing - Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Platform Events - Implement LS Cloud features: HCP engagement, call planning, approved email, MedComms workflows, Agentforce agent build - Coordinate with integration, data, and test workstreams on dependencies - Ensure build adheres to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and validation requirements - Drive CI/CD using Copado, Gearset, or SFDX with a Git\-based source of truth **Education** ------------- Bachelor of Engineering Master of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer**Work Experience** ------------------- 0\-5 years of relevant experience in a large/midsize IT services/Consulting/Analytics Company Business Operation \& Technology **Behavioural Competencies** ---------------------------- Teamwork \& Leadership Motivation to Learn and Grow Ownership Cultural Fit**Technical Competencies** -------------------------- Problem Solving Lifescience Knowledge Communication Capability Building / Thought Leadership**Skills** ----------
