You will be responsible for leading and developing the commercial team, driving achievement of sales targets, executing the commercial strategy, and delivering an excellent experience for our customers. **What will be your challenges?** * Achieve monthly new account acquisition targets set by the Sales Management team. * Report to Sales Management: commercial KPIs, sales forecasts (Forecast), sales sprint reports for each team member, market and competitor behavior feedback. * Develop a continuous training plan for the sales force. * Plan and coordinate prospecting methods to expand the sales database in the CRM. * Ensure compliance with company-defined codes of conduct; evaluate, train, and continuously monitor sales executives under your supervision. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **What do you need?** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Supervisor, Sales Manager, or Team Leader, among others. (Ideal) * Experience in call centers or intangible product sales.
