**IN-PERSON VIRTUAL STORE ADVISOR** We are seeking a Virtual Store Advisor for Claro Peru, available to work in person in Surquillo under a service contract (for services rendered) for the first three months. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Valid Peruvian DNI; foreign applicants must hold a valid CE (Carné de Extranjería) * Experience in sales via call center or in-person channels * Experience in number portability within the telecommunications sector * Willingness to learn and passion for sales * Availability to work in person in SURQUILLO **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Respond to customers interested in Claro products who have already registered via the website and/or other platforms. * Make outbound calls to potential customers to secure sales. * Present product benefits and close sales. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday, 3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (30-minute break) **BENEFITS:** * Payroll registration (RxH) for the first three months * Career progression opportunities **SCHEDULE AND WORK MODALITY:** * Monday to Sunday (Sunday is a fixed day off during the first month) * In-person modality * Shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. (8 hours + 1 break) \*If you select the afternoon shift, it’s a mini-full schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (you only work 6 hours but earn the same!) **COMPENSATION PACKAGE:** * Base salary: S/1,130 + Mobility Bonus: S/100 + Retention Bonus + Unlimited Variable Bonus **TRAINING:** Short, paid training: 3 theoretical days \*You will receive S/60 for the 3 theoretical days. *And on the fourth day, you’ll be under contract and begin your OJT (On-the-Job Training)!* * Training schedule: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/1,130.00 – S/1,600.00 per month Application questions: * Which district do you live in? * Please provide your current mobile phone number. * Do you have sales experience? * Do you have experience in telecommunications? * Are you available to work in Surquillo, and under RxH modality for 3 months (MYPE starting in the 4th month)?
