Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for Organización María Emilia, responsible for providing expert and friendly advice to customers regarding our catering and event services. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will be the first voice and key point of contact for our customers. 2. You will assist in selecting menus and closing event sales. 3. You will collaborate to maintain operational efficiency. At Organización María Emilia, we are dedicated to creating special moments through our food and event services. We are looking for a responsible individual with excellent interpersonal skills and strong initiative to become the heart of our customer service. What will you do with us? Your mission will be to ensure every customer receives the best possible advice for their event: * You will be the first voice our customers hear when they call, providing clear and friendly information about our catering services. * You will assist customers in selecting the ideal menu, track quotations, and close event sales. * You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp Business, sending photos of our dishes and promptly and professionally answering questions. * You will record all order details (dates, number of guests, and preferences) in the system to ensure flawless service delivery. * You will assist with simple office tasks to maintain order and efficiency within the service department. What are we looking for in you? * You enjoy speaking with people, have a pleasant tone of voice, and know how to listen. * We seek someone punctual, capable of managing time effectively, and attentive to the details of each order. * Fluent use of WhatsApp and basic computer knowledge (Word/Excel) for recording information. * Age: 25 years or older. * Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the food and events industry is highly valued.
