Opportunity for professional growth and development. **We are hiring Bartenders!** **Restaurant El Salto de Fraile** is looking for a Bartender passionate about mixology, with excellent service attitude and commitment, to deliver a unique experience to our customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant recipes and standards. * Provide courteous, personalized, and professional service to customers at the bar. * Recommend beverages and perform suggestive selling of cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium drinks. * Monitor and control inventory of spirits, beverages, supplies, and glassware. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the shift. * Perform bar opening and closing procedures, including daily inventories and shrinkage control. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards. * Prepare bar mise en place prior to service commencement. * Coordinate with kitchen, dining room, and administration to ensure efficient service. * Report incidents, supply shortages, or restocking needs. * Adhere to internal procedures and restaurant quality standards. **Position Profile** * Minimum **1 year** of experience as a Bartender in restaurants, bars, or hotels. * Knowledge of classic cocktails, signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. * Proficiency in mixology techniques, garnishing, glassware handling, and bar service. * Basic knowledge of wines, distilled spirits, and liqueurs. * Excellent service attitude and customer orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Proactive, responsible, organized, and self-motivated individual. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (studies in Bartending, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related fields are preferred). * Knowledge of GMP and hygiene standards. * Experience with POS systems (preferred). * Excellent personal presentation and communication skills. * Own transportation (motorcycle, bicycle, scooter). **We Offer** * Formal employment registration under applicable labor regime. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Meals provided during working hours. * Ongoing training in service and mixology. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
