Diverse responsibilities in design and project management We are ISECORP INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION SAC, a company with 7 years of market experience, currently seeking a PART-TIME INTERIOR ARCHITECT. REQUIREMENTS: * Architecture student in the final cycles (9th or 10th) or graduate. * Essential technical knowledge of AutoCAD (floor plans and technical details). * Proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D modeling software. * Basic knowledge of rendering (V-Ray, Lumion or similar). * Ability to read blueprints and prepare technical proposals. * Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare and present proposals, drawings, and technical specifications tailored to each project. * Manage and follow up on quotations, orders, and sales closure. * Perform quantity take-offs and propose technical and architectural solutions. * Conduct technical site visits to construction sites and projects to provide specialized support and advice. * Monitor finishes, details, and final project quality. * Develop renders and presentations for clients. CONDITIONS: * Work modality: Hybrid. * Schedule: Part-time (24 hours per week). * Continuous training and learning.
