Provide support and maintenance for existing systems **Position: Junior Systems Engineer** At **Svaasthy Inmobiliaria**, we are looking for a **Junior Systems Engineer** with interest and knowledge in ERP system development and implementation to help us optimize and digitize our internal processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support analysis, design, and development of ERP modules. * Gather requirements from various departments (projects, sales, administration). * Implement improvements in internal processes using technological solutions. * Provide support and maintenance for existing systems. * Document system processes, workflows, and functionalities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or candidate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of system development (web or desktop). * Experience or academic projects related to ERP (preferred). * Database management skills (SQL). * Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and teamwork capability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with ERP implementation or usage (Odoo, SAP, etc.). * Basic experience in system integration. * Interest in enterprise process automation. **Work Mode:** On-site / Lima **Compensation:** Market-competitive **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday and Saturday morning Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,100.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
