Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and Repair Assistant, with or without experience, to support the design, manufacturing, repair, and maintenance of heat exchangers. Key Highlights: 1. Peruvian company focused on service excellence and high operational efficiency in the fields of heat exchanger design, manufacturing, repair, maintenance, and sales; we are currently seeking: **Maintenance and Repair Assistant, with or without experience** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide continuous support in the maintenance department. * Assist in the repair, maintenance, and fabrication of mechanical equipment. * Perform maintenance, preservation, and repair of equipment, complying with the timeframes stipulated for each work order. * Inspect, diagnose, and repair faults within your area of responsibility. * Carry out all tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. * Responsible operator performing proper maintenance, repair, and manufacturing processes for components assigned by the maintenance supervisor. * Take photos and videos of each assigned component at different stages of the work process. * Assist in component delivery and collection. * Properly package components as coordinated with production. * Timely update workflow changes in the Pawa system. * Keep the work area clean during and after performing duties. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Experience or no experience in the industrial radiator sector * Willingness to learn and work * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima * Availability to travel **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including 100% statutory benefits * 100% paid overtime * Opportunity to develop professionally and build a career path Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays until 12:45 PM Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you agree with the responsibilities and salary of S/1300? * Which district do you live in?
