Job Summary: We are seeking a Selection Analyst to execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, managing administrative and sales profiles. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent work environment and dynamic team Activa Holding, a corporate group, is looking for a ***Selection Analyst*** who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience executing end-to-end selection processes. * Experience recruiting administrative profiles and sales force. * Availability to work under a project-based Honorarium Receipt (RXH) modality for a temporary 2-month assignment. **Job Responsibilities:** * Execute end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes for administrative and commercial positions. * Collaborate with leaders to define job profiles and continuously monitor open positions. * Post job announcements across various recruitment channels and conduct resume screening. * Conduct competency-based interviews and administer psychometric assessments. * Prepare candidate reports and present shortlisted candidates (triplets) to requesting departments. * Coordinate interviews with leaders and provide follow-up throughout the process until the vacancy is filled. * Manage selection metrics and ensure timely fulfillment of time-to-fill targets. * Maintain an updated candidate database and departmental reports. **Conditions:** * Temporary project until early August. * On-site work in San Borja. * Contracting via Honorarium Receipt (RXH). * Excellent work environment and dynamic team.
