Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the operations of an automotive workshop, responsible for customer service, service coordination, and work supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Location: Surquillo – Inga Street 471 Starting Salary: S/ 1,400 per month Bonus: 100 Work Modality: On-site Company: Clauste Automotive Workshop Main Responsibilities: Comprehensively manage automotive workshop operations. Respond to customer messages and inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. Provide information and quotations for maintenance and repair services. Coordinate and supervise work performed by mechanics and workshop assistants. Follow up with customers and close service sales. Organize the workshop’s appointment schedule and service programming. Supervise service quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinate spare parts orders and warranty tracking. Assist with social media posts and promotions. Report on service and sales performance and progress. Requirements: Experience in customer service, sales, or automotive workshop administration. Basic/intermediate knowledge of automotive services. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude. Proficiency in WhatsApp, social media, and basic office tools. Organized, proactive individual with leadership capabilities.
