At Analisis Geograficos S.A.C., we are looking for a REAL ESTATE LAWYER with the following profile: Requirements: \- Law degree holder. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in real property rights, land management and/or area release, physical-legal regularization of real estate, and rights negotiation. \- Experience in Community Relations. \- Knowledge of registry law and notarial law. \- Fieldwork experience and willingness to work outside Lima. Main Responsibilities: \- Provide specialized legal advisory services in real property law, land and real estate management to ensure client compliance. \- Participate in the management and processing of permits and licenses for provincial projects. \- Support the development of legal strategies enabling effective negotiations with local communities.
