Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team, performing key functions in accounting, taxation, labor management, and legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support across various administrative areas We are a road transportation company currently searching for top talent to complete the Transporte Martinez team as an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT: **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Accounting and Taxation:** \- Accounting recording of purchases, sales, payroll, cash, banks, and provisions. \- Detractions, withholdings, and bank reconciliations. \- Fixed asset control, depreciation, and electronic books. \- Operation of accounting systems and SAP. **Labor Management and HR:** \- Employee onboarding and offboarding in T\-Registro, ESSALUD, ONP, AFP. \- Receipt of employment contracts, personnel files, CVs, and resignation letters. \- Calculation of severance payments, payroll slips, and social benefits. \- Support in SUNAT and AFP payments, and handling staff inquiries. **Legal Compliance and Insurance:** \- Monthly coordination of SCTR and Life Insurance Law with insurance providers. \- Handling complaints and requests from SUNAFIL and INDECOPI. \- Preparation of RIT and internal policies. \- Support in Occupational Safety and Health \- Law No. 29783\. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Graduate or degree holder in Accounting. \- 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Intermediate MS Office, Electronic Books, and Chart of Accounts. \- Preferred: Knowledge of Peruvian tax system, detractions, and OSH. **WORK SCHEDULE AND SALARY** \- PEN 1,700 (payroll starting from day one) \- 8 AM \- 5 PM (Monday \- Friday) and Saturday (8 AM \- 1 PM) \- REMYPE Salary: S/.1,700\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you agree with the REMYPE regime? * Do you have experience in accounting? * Do you agree with the stated working hours? * Will you send your CV to 940259588?
