Leading entertainment company is seeking a "**Casino and Slot Machine Room Administrator**" (Barranca - Lima Province) ***REQUIREMENTS***: * University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Marketing or related fields. * Knowledge of casino or slot machine operations. - Experience in budgeting and forecasting. * Knowledge of procedures with MINCETUR. * **Minimum 3 years of experience as Administrator, Area Manager, or similar roles in restaurant, entertainment and/or retail sectors (Required).** * Availability to travel within the country (other locations). ***RESPONSIBILITIES***: * Implement and ensure staff compliance with company strategies, promotions, customer service standards, rules and policies. * Ensure efficient management of all allocated resources, executed timely and aligned with company objectives. * Coordinate, supervise and control customer service within the gaming area. * Propose improvements in processes and procedures related to customer management. * Continuously follow up with customers to identify their needs. * Utilize video monitoring systems as support to effectively perform assigned duties. * Conduct performance evaluations for subordinate staff and provide feedback with improvement opportunities. * Coordinate with HR department for new staff recruitment. * Coordinate with the Technical Department regarding maintenance, repair and operation of machines, ensuring their functionality. ***WE OFFER***: * Full payroll from the first day of work. * Career advancement opportunities. * Excellent working environment.
