Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Agent to ensure the private security of facilities, monitor personnel, and conduct regular patrols. Key Highlights: 1. Residence in Ventanilla or neighboring districts A company dedicated to the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of automotive, hardware, and industrial chemical products is seeking a SECURITY AGENT in VENTANILLA **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum 6 months of experience in security, prevention, surveillance, or serenazgo (CERTIFIED), or military training (Army graduates with official certificate). \- Completed secondary education \- Age between 20 and 50 years \- Availability to work a fixed 12-hour shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- Residence in VENTANILLA or neighboring districts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Identify and report incidents and/or emergencies at the facility. \- Register and verify the entry and exit of company merchandise \- Ensure the private security of facilities. \- Monitor personnel during the shift \- Conduct regular patrols. **BENEFITS:** \- Formal payroll from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits. \- MYPE payroll (50% bonus, CTS, vacation pay) \- ESSALUD, SCTR, and Life Insurance as mandated by law \- Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments.
