We are looking for an **AI ENGINEER**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in this role or similar positions. * Intermediate-level office software proficiency. * Knowledge of integrating models with messaging APIs (WhatsApp Business API, Meta). * Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (Whisper, Speech-to-Text API). * Availability to work hybrid from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (1–2 times per month onsite). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and implement AI agents and assistants capable of delivering contextualized and personalized responses to users. * Design and propose technical architectures for Generative AI solutions—from data ingestion and preprocessing to production deployment. * Integrate language models with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. * Develop APIs and backend services to expose AI capabilities. * Deploy and monitor on Vertex AI or other production environments, ensuring optimal availability and performance. * Evaluate and validate agent response quality using automated metrics and human-in-the-loop evaluations. * Optimize prompts and conversational flows by adjusting temperature, context, and prompt chaining strategies. * Document architecture, workflows, and best practices for the team. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration * Family allowance * Competitive salary * Professional development opportunities * Access to courses and certifications * Flexible hours and remote work capability Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000.00 – S/.4,800.00 per month Application question(s): * Indicate your salary expectation and updated contact number * Indicate your current academic degree and field of study * How many years of experience do you have as an AI Engineer or in similar roles? * Do you have experience integrating models with messaging APIs?
