FOLA insurance REQUIREMENTS: * Prior pre-professional internships, academic projects, or personal projects in software development, task automation with scripts, or configuration of complex systems (ERP, CRM, or database management systems). * Demonstrable equivalent experience will be valued and considered via a Project Portfolio (GitHub / GitLab) evidencing deployment of original code, API consumption, AI workflows, or framework customization. * Knowledge or familiarity with deployment of virtual learning platforms (Moodle LMS) and Linux/Cloud environments (desirable). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Configure, customize, and extend the ERPNext platform through data modeling, creation of custom DocTypes, server-side scripts, and custom report development (Frappe Framework / Python) to automate the service lifecycle, instructor assignment, and area cost control. * Develop and optimize automated content generation pipelines (text, audio, video) by integrating APIs from AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, HeyGen) to efficiently supply the Moodle Atenea platform while meeting established pedagogical quality standards. * Design and implement automated workflow scripts and processes (via Python or cloud integration tools) to mitigate bottlenecks in multimedia presentation production, interactive assessments, and supplementary graphic materials. * Operate and monitor alert systems and contingency workflows for field incidents (e.g., instructor absences, insurer rescheduling), autonomously activating pre-configured replacement and communication plans within the system according to the escalation framework. * Model and build control dashboards and data analytics directly from ERPNext to extract and visualize real-time KPIs for the department (corporate client satisfaction, instructor performance, and production progress). * Administer and provide architectural support for the Moodle Atenea platform, managing automated user uploads, bulk enrollment by insurer clients, configuration of completion conditions, and issuance of occupational safety and health (SST) certificates.
