Inclusive and prejudice-free work environment On behalf of our client, we are searching for the best talent for the **ALL-ROUND TECHNICIAN** position who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical studies in Electricity, Painting, Plumbing, Maintenance, or related fields (Graduate or Technician). Must provide documentation verifying these studies. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing General Services: Electricity, painting, plumbing, masonry, and/or remodeling (according to specialty). Must present a work certificate supporting this experience. * Availability to rotate during the week between Huacho and Huaral. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform basic painting tasks (filling, drywall, and on metal structures), plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and/or remodeling (according to specialty). * Carry out deterioration prevention, repair, patching, and facility maintenance for the client. * Report daily incidents occurring within the client's facilities. * Report unsafe conditions observed during service execution to the immediate supervisor so they may be addressed. * Complete safety forms accurately. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Mobility bonus. * 100% timely payments. * Opportunity for growth. * Corporate benefits.
