We are looking for an **SSOMA Analyst** for our **Integrated Management and Projects** department. If you possess an analytical mindset and seek a dynamic environment for growth, this is your opportunity! **Purpose of the Position** You will be the key contributor to implementing and ensuring compliance with the SSOMA system, focusing on risk prevention, legal compliance, and the company’s operational sustainability. **Main Responsibilities** * **Preventive Management:** Update IPERC matrices and risk maps, and assess environmental impacts. * **Field Control:** Conduct safety inspections (fire extinguishers, PPE, electrical conditions) and monitor occupational agents (noise, lighting, etc.). * **Legal Compliance and Auditing:** Maintain the legal matrix up to date and provide support during internal and external audits (ISO). * **Training and Response:** Execute the training plan, lead emergency response teams, and conduct incident investigations with root cause analysis. * **Environmental Management:** Control waste segregation, chemical substances (MSDS), and promote good environmental practices. **Desired Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) or Graduate degree (Preferred) in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in the field.
