




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to verify details, conduct final inspections, manage documentation, handle defect management, and evaluate project performance, while maintaining smooth communication with the team and participating in financial closeout. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality verification and assurance in projects 2. Comprehensive documentation management and project closeout 3. Communication and coordination with various teams and clients **Detail verification:** Carefully review drawings, documents, and specifications to ensure all design and construction phases have been completed as planned. **Final inspections:** Coordinate and carry out final inspections to ensure the work complies with quality and safety standards, and meets local codes and regulations. **Documentation and closeout:** Prepare and organize all required documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and certificates, for delivery to the client upon project completion. **Defect management:** Coordinate and track the correction process for defects or minor issues that may arise during the warranty period. **Performance evaluation:** Collect information on project performance and client satisfaction, which may be used to improve future projects. **Communication:** Maintain smooth communication with the design team, engineers, contractors, and the client to ensure all parties are informed about progress and settlement details. **Financial closeout:** Participate in the project’s financial closeout, ensuring all payments and invoicing are in order. **Lessons learned:** Participate in the project review with the team to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement in future projects.
