SUCAMEC training if required **Armed Security Agent - Banking** **On behalf of our client Prosegur**, a leading provider of security solutions, we are currently recruiting **Armed Security Agents** for immediate hiring. * **Work Areas:** Metropolitan Lima * **Shifts:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM * **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off * **Salary:** S/ 1,850 gross + S/208 QAPAQ bonus + S/200 onboarding bonus (S/200 every 30 days for the first 3 months) **Requirements** * Minimum of **6 consecutive months’ experience as a Security Agent** or **graduates of the Armed Forces** (no prior experience required). * Completed secondary education. * Valid SUCAMEC certification (if not held, Prosegur will provide training). * Valid L4 firearms license without restrictions or restricted to handguns (mandatory). * Availability to work in any assigned area. **Responsibilities** * Control of personnel and vehicle access. * Surveillance and protection of facilities. * Compliance with security protocols. * Reporting incidents and service updates. **We Offer** * Payroll inclusion from day one * Bonus payments, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), paid vacations (General Regime) * Timely salary payments. * Additional bonuses. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities within a leading company in the industry.
