We are currently expanding and seeking a **Junior Architect** passionate about functional design, technical precision, and efficient project management. **Your Mission in the Team:** Your goal will be to transform concepts into technical realities. You will be responsible for developing floor plans, 3D modeling, and necessary documentation for our projects, ensuring every deliverable meets the company’s excellence standards and current regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Design and Modeling:** Preparation of complete technical drawings (layouts, sections, details) and development of 3D models/renders for commercial support. * **Document Management:** Organization and updating of the company’s technical archive and project library according to corporate standards. * **Permits and Regulations:** Preparation of municipal license applications and tracking of administrative procedures with various authorities. * **Technical Coordination:** Integration of specialized disciplines (structural, plumbing, electrical) into the master architectural project. * **Supervision:** Technical site visits to verify faithful compliance with drawings and specifications. **Suggested Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Architecture. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and \[Revit / Archicad].
