




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager in the culinary field to lead the opening, organization, and operation of a new restaurant specializing in rotisserie chicken and fire-cooked cuisine. Propose improvements to optimize sales and business resources. A restaurant manager is required. We are developing a project: a new restaurant specializing in rotisserie chicken and fire-cooked cuisine. We seek a male or female restaurant manager with experience in the culinary industry to accompany us during the opening, organization, and operational phases of the business. Experience in rotisserie chicken restaurants (pollerías) or high-turnover restaurants, knowledge of municipal licenses and health regulations, proficiency in Excel, point-of-sale systems, administrative tools, leadership ability, and organizational skills are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: \- Support restaurant implementation and opening \- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers \- Participate in staff recruitment and training \- Organize work schedules, roles, and processes \- Monitor inventory, purchases, shrinkage, and food costs \- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations \- Verify service quality, cleanliness, and facility presentation \- Prepare sales, expense, profitability, and management indicator reports \- Supervise cash handling, daily sales, and end-of-day closings \- Propose improvements to increase sales and optimize resources \- Oversee overall restaurant operations and resolve incidents Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
