




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage customers, administer social media platforms, and organize events, with sales experience and willingness to travel. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end customer and order management 2. Social media management and administration (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) 3. Event, course, and workshop research and organization **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduates in Business Administration or Administration and Marketing. * Proficiency in Word and Excel (Intermediate level). * Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. * Experience managing corporate social media accounts. * Sales experience. * Willingness to undertake occasional travel (provincial). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Answering and making phone calls; providing customer service. * Taking orders, preparing related documentation, and coordinating deliveries. * Researching and organizing events, courses, and/or workshops. * Managing and administering social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, marketplace, TikTok). * Building and maintaining a database of doctors, technicians, and podiatrists. * Expanding the social media follower base. * Promoting upcoming courses, events, and workshops via social media. * Publishing and sharing company products and weekly promotions on social media. * Responding to and forwarding social media messages and comments. * Promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints. **WORK HOURS:** * Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:40 PM * Saturday: 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Unlimited commissions.
