Organized, punctual, and results-oriented person We are looking for an **Administrative and Operations Assistant** who is organized, proactive, and skilled at time management, to help us coordinate and ensure the proper flow of our corporate and retail orders. **Main Responsibilities:** * Order organization and tracking. * Preparation of daily orders for Lima and Provinces. * Issuance of **invoices and shipping guides**. * Coordination of **transportation** for deliveries. * Communication with customers regarding order status (WhatsApp / email / phone). * Receipt and control of goods. * Registration and control of administrative documentation. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative, logistics, or customer service areas. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills. * Canva proficiency preferred. * Strong writing skills. * Easy communication with customers. * Organized, punctual, results-oriented person who adapts well to a dynamic pace. * Availability to work overtime during campaigns (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * On-site in **Miraflores**. **Benefits:** * Excellent working environment (we are a small, dynamic, and growing company). * Direct learning in administrative and logistics management.
