




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to coordinate the receipt, storage, dispatch, and distribution of goods, performing picking, packing, and inventory tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in warehouse and logistics, including Picking and Packing. 2. Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate/advanced Excel. 3. Ability to prepare reports and manage operational information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, dispatch, and distribution of goods. * Perform order picking and packing processes. * Support inventory control and tracking. * Record and update inventory, order, and material transfer statuses. * Prepare reports related to warehouse movements and incidents. * Schedule orders and coordinate dispatches. * Safeguard and organize documentation related to goods inflow and outflow. * Coordinate with customers, account executives, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations. * Track orders and update their statuses in company systems. * Comply with company-established operational and safety procedures. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or similar roles. * Experience performing Picking and Packing. * Experience handling warehouse documentation. * Knowledge of inventory management, goods receipt, and dispatch. * Intermediate or Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience using ERP systems or logistics platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, WMS, or similar). * Ability to prepare reports and manage operational information. * Immediate availability.
