Description

Position Summary: Support in surveying and updating architectural plans, drafting technical documentation, and managing licensing and certification files. Key Highlights: 1. Support in drafting and reviewing technical documentation. 2. Management of operating license and certification files. 3. Interest in building safety and fire protection. **Responsibilities:** \- Surveying and updating architectural and safety plans. \- Supporting the drafting, updating, and/or reviewing of technical documentation required for each file. \- Supporting the processing and preparation of operating license files, ITSE certificates, ECSE certificates, authorizations for commercial use of public roads, removal or common areas, authorizations for placement of outdoor advertising elements, and similar documents. **Requirements:** Technical Knowledge Regulatory Knowledge * Minimum: National Building Regulation (RNE) * Desirable/Non-exclusive: Municipal ordinances, Peruvian Technical Standards, ITSE Regulation and Manual, General Law on Operating Licenses. Computer Skills * AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office. Additional Requirements * Area of interest: Building safety (human safety, fire protection, disaster prevention, technical consulting for buildings). * Willingness to travel.
