Opportunity to contribute to the company's growth An engineering equipment sales company is seeking a qualified female candidate with work experience, who is proactive and responsible, to fill the position of General Management Assistant. **REQUIREMENTS:** Studies in Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Management, or related fields 2 years of experience in similar roles **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Identifying and contacting clients via internet, telephone, and in person. Preparing and sending quotations. Tracking quotations and proposals. Preparing invoices, delivery guides, credit notes (billing system is provided). Managing accounts receivable and payable. Assisting the General Management with travel arrangements and visits in Lima and provinces. Operating the SEACE system (training will be provided). Knowledge of public and private tenders. Managing the General Management’s schedule and related duties. Handling content-related social media, reports, and official communications on behalf of the General Management.
