




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support quotation preparation, commercial coordination, analysis and document management of tenders, and contract follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development in procurement processes **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year * Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in electronic government procurement platforms (e.g., SEACE, COMPRAS MENORES 8UIT, among others). * Ability to interpret technical and administrative tender documents. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Familiarity with SAP (not mandatory) **Key Skills:** * High attention to detail: Essential to avoid disqualification due to documentation errors. * Ability to work under pressure: Capacity to meet strict deadlines and handle simultaneous tasks. * Organizational skills: Document and time management. * Communication skills: Coordination with legal, technical, and commercial departments. * Willingness to occasionally remain beyond regular working hours to complete tenders. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in preparing market research quotations and direct purchase quotations. * Support in preparing quotations and confirming orders from private clients. * Coordination with commercial advisors in Lima and provinces. * Management of document dispatch via courier or agencies. * Analysis of tender documents. * Compilation, assembly, and pagination of technical and financial proposal documentation. * Monitoring tender award decisions and results. * Preparation of contract signing documents and subsequent follow-up to ensure timely execution. * Maintaining up-to-date documentation used for dossier preparation. * Other daily duties.
