Participation in continuous improvement and industrial safety support An industrial company dedicated to manufacturing electrical panels is seeking a **Production Assistant** to support planning, control, and improvement of production processes on-site. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in production areas within industrial companies. * Knowledge of production processes. * Experience with production indicators (desirable). * Organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support production planning and scheduling according to demand. * Coordinate resource allocation (personnel, materials, and machinery). * Supervise adherence to production programs and established timelines. * Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely supply of inputs. * Verify compliance with quality standards throughout the production process. * Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., waste reduction, process optimization). * Provide support on industrial safety and good practices. **Working Conditions:** * Employment type: Full-time * Work mode: On-site * Location: Puente Piedra **Benefits:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll with all statutory benefits. * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
