




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare quotations, manage tenders, update databases, and coordinate logistics, with a focus on sales and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Job stability **\*Requirements:** * Graduates (Technical or University level) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 06 months of sales experience (field and office). * Proficiency in various social media platforms. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Ability to interact effectively at all levels (Suppliers \- Customers). * Knowledge of import procedures (desirable). * Availability to work in the district of San Borja. * Schedule: Part-time: Monday to Saturday, 9 am \- 1 pm * RxH **\*Responsibilities:** * Prepare quotations with suppliers and direct importers; negotiate distributor pricing. * Conduct cost and purchasing condition comparisons to identify the optimal option. * Assess feasibility of participating in public or private tenders by verifying compliance with all required criteria. * Compile and submit tender documentation and follow up until completion of the process. * Maintain updated national quotation price lists, contact persons, clinic addresses in provinces, and other relevant data. * Maintain an updated client directory, including follow-up communications and product promotional materials. * Identify potential public and private clients for the company’s products. * Coordinate directly with clinics nationwide as instructed by the immediate supervisor and/or user department. * Manage post-sales activities for corporate clients. * Prepare necessary purchase and sales documentation, issuing related documents (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, receipts, etc.). * Perform bank reconciliation for the company’s accounts. * Coordinate logistics and arrange shipment of supplies or products via courier services to clients nationwide. * Receive and make calls to companies and individuals. * Respond to requests from the immediate supervisor. * Perform all other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **\*Benefits:** * Positive work environment. * Productivity bonus. * Continuous training. * Job stability.
