Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Engineering Assistant with industrial sales experience to manage client portfolios, quotations, and tenders, coordinating across various departments. Ongoing training and an excellent working environment. **SALES AND/OR COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT** A company specializing in Fire Protection Systems, Fire & Gas Systems, Gas Laboratories, Mechanical Ventilation, Environmental Control, Engineering and Projects, and Safety is looking for a **Commercial Engineering Assistant** to work in the industrial sector. **Requirements:** Ø Technician or university graduate in mechanical, industrial, electronic engineering, or related fields. Ø 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (industrial sales preferred). Ø Fieldwork experience. Ø Willingness to travel nationwide (all expenses covered) and commute across various districts of Lima. Ø Availability for on-site work in Surco (near Universidad Ricardo Palma), Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 11 AM. **Responsibilities:** Ø Client portfolio follow-up. Ø Gathering information for technical and economic proposal submissions. Ø Understanding scope requirements for tender participation. Ø Preparing quotations. Ø Prospecting and acquiring new clients. Ø Managing the client portfolio. Ø Following up with both existing and new clients. Ø Performing necessary procedures to initiate projects. Ø Ensuring adherence to schedules for awarded projects. Ø Preparing technical proposals for clients. Ø Conducting evaluations to present technical solutions to clients. Ø Strategic sales negotiation and closing. Ø Coordinating with departments involved in the project (Engineering and Projects, Administration and Finance, Logistics, etc.).
