Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant with last-mile experience to coordinate shipments, manage incidents, and maintain communication with customers and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative and creative work environment We seek to incorporate a Logistics Assistant with last-mile experience into our team. ✅ RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily tracking and updating of shipment status in the database. * Continuous coordination and communication with customers, courier companies, suppliers, and internal departments such as Production and Sales to ensure timely deliveries. * Operation of inventory management systems and delivery platforms, preferably including Olva Courier, Shalom, PedidosYa, Falabella Seller, Ripley Seller, among others. (Familiarity with some of these applications is acceptable; training will be provided.) * Coordination and planning of order distribution and dispatch to Lima and provinces, ensuring on-time shipments. * Incident management and reverse logistics, including tracking of returns where applicable. ✅ REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or related fields (preferred). * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Organization, responsibility, and commitment to punctuality. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Age: 20–25 years.
