VACANCY: LOGISTICS ASSISTANT We are looking to bring onboard a Logistics Assistant to help us coordinate, organize, and monitor our dispatch and distribution operations. ✅ RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily tracking and updating of shipment status in the database. * Continuous coordination and communication with customers, courier companies, suppliers, and internal departments such as Production and Sales to ensure timely deliveries. * Experience managing inventory management systems and delivery platforms preferred, including Olva Courier, Shalom, PedidosYa, Falabella Seller, Ripley Seller, among others. (Familiarity with some of these applications is acceptable; training will be provided.) * Coordination and planning of order distribution and dispatch to Lima and provinces, ensuring shipment deadlines are met. * Management of incidents and reverse logistics, including tracking returns where applicable. ✅ REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or related fields (preferred). * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment to punctuality. * Strong communication and coordination abilities. * Age: 20–25 years.
