We are seeking an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and supervise the maintenance of our fleet, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with standards.

We are looking for an **Automotive Maintenance Coordinator**, responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of our fleet of equipment, ensuring operational availability and compliance with safety and quality standards.
We seek a professional with experience in maintaining **heavy machinery, cranes, forklifts, trucks, and yellow-line equipment**, capable of leading technical teams and managing maintenance scheduling.
Requirements
* Technical diploma or university degree in Automotive Mechanics, Heavy Machinery Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum **2 years** of experience as a **Maintenance Coordinator**, Maintenance Analyst, or similar positions.
* Essential experience in companies engaged in **transportation, heavy machinery rental, cranes, forklifts, or construction equipment**.
* Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
* Experience in diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Availability to work in Lurín.
**Preferred qualifications include experience in:**
* Lifting and handling equipment.
* Telescopic cranes, truck-mounted cranes, forklifts, and aerial work platforms.
* Maintenance performance indicator (KPI) management.
Responsibilities
* Develop, plan, and execute the preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance program for the fleet.
* Coordinate and supervise the activities of the maintenance technical staff.
* Ensure equipment availability and operational readiness.
* Track work orders and verify proper execution of maintenance tasks.
* Coordinate field evaluations and support failure diagnosis.
* Maintain up-to-date equipment life records and maintenance history.
* Supervise appropriate use of workshop tools and equipment.
* Manage spare parts requisition and inventory control, ensuring critical component stock levels.
* Report malfunctions, generate technical reports, and monitor maintenance indicators.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures.
* Coordinate with Operations and Logistics departments to ensure service continuity.
* Perform other duties inherent to the position.
