Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Worker skilled in material receipt, loading, unloading, and organization within industrial warehouses, ensuring inventory control and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic warehouse role involving material receipt, loading, and unloading. 2. Inventory organization and compliance with safety regulations. 3. Support in labeling and maintaining warehouse order. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Material Receipt: Verify quantity and condition of steel products and other materials upon receipt. * Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading of profiles, pipes, metal sheets, and other products using lifting equipment or manually, as required. * Proper Storage: Place and organize materials in designated warehouse locations, adhering to safety and order standards. * Order Dispatch: Prepare orders according to dispatch documents, ensuring correct identification and packaging of materials. * Inventory Control: Participate in periodic physical counts and daily stock monitoring, reporting discrepancies or shortages. * Warehouse Cleanliness and Order: Maintain work areas clean and free of hazardous or misplaced materials. * Labeling and Tagging Support: Correctly apply codes or labels to materials for easy identification. * Safety Compliance: Follow industrial safety guidelines, use of PPE, and best practices within the warehouse. * Other duties assigned by the warehouse supervisor: Support complementary tasks as operational needs arise. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Must reside in the southern zone: Villa El Salvador or Villa María del Triunfo (mandatory). * Must be in good physical condition to perform heavy material loading and unloading tasks. * Minimum 2 years of experience working in industrial, construction, or metal-mechanical warehouses. * Basic knowledge of steel material identification (pipes, sheets, profiles, etc.). * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from the warehouse supervisor. * Responsibility and punctuality. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Overtime pay. * Statutory Life Insurance and SCTR. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Positive work environment and growth opportunities. * General Regime \- 100% Payroll Registration Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
