Job Summary: We are seeking kitchen staff to assist with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards at camps. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth within the organization 2. Adherence to food cleaning and handling protocols REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Prior experience in mining camps is desirable. * Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule. DUTIES: * Assist in preliminary food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping). * Participate in preparing all types of dishes assigned by the direct supervisor, including appetizers, salads, soups, side dishes, etc. * Assist in cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces before, during, and after service. * Follow food cleaning, handling, and storage protocols.
