Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in mining. * At least 1 year of experience in blasting operations. * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field. * Professional registration (Colegiatura) preferred. * Desired knowledge in rock blasting design and execution, data science and programming (Power BI), and proficiency in PowerApps. * Intermediate knowledge: specialized blasting software (Blastware, Microtrap, Thor, JK Simblast, Paradigm, DAS, OpitBlast); English language. * Advanced knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience in management and continuous improvement processes. * Class A1 driver's license with at least two years of validity.
