Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in construction and maintenance of health centers, hospitals, or clinics. Key Requirements: 1. Experience as Resident, Resident Assistant, or Supervisor 2. Experience in Construction and/or Maintenance of Health Centers 3. Training in Construction Resident and Occupational Safety and Health We are looking for 01 Civil Engineer or Architect With a minimum of 04 years’ experience as Resident, Resident Assistant, or Supervisor in construction and/or maintenance of health centers, hospitals, or clinics in the public or private sector. (From date of professional registration) Must possess the following (mandatory): \- 90-hour training course on Public and/or Private Construction Resident. \- 40-hour training course on Occupational Safety and Health. \- 120-hour training course on MS Project (project control and scheduling) or Cost Estimation or Valuation.
