Opportunity to contribute to safety and well-being **What We Are Looking For?** A proactive and experienced leader to guarantee compliance with regulations and processes according to standards established in the construction manual. **Requirements** * Degree holder / Licensed Civil Engineer with specialization in PMI methodology, Lean Construction, Construction Risk Management, and PMO Management. * Master's degree in Construction Management and Residency in Construction Supervision (preferred) * Minimum 12 years of post-licensure experience in roles such as Field Civil Supervisor, Inspection Engineer, and Civil Construction Resident. * Training: MS Project / Primavera, courses on concrete design and behavior, AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and ISO 9001\. * Supervised Projects: Underground works, Corporate and Institutional buildings, Industrial infrastructure, Wet works, and Civil finishes. **Responsibilities** * Quality assurance, implementation of Lean tools, management of measurements and valuations. * Reporting clear technical status updates to Project Management and coordinating with supervisors from other specialties (Mechanical, Electrical, SSOMA). * Leading, organizing, and motivating field technical teams, foremen, and large-scale operational staff. **What We Offer?** * The opportunity to join a growing company in the project supervision and management sector. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can develop your skills and advance professionally. * Formal payroll with social benefits (MYPE regime) * The opportunity to contribute to the safety and well-being of our workers, leaving a positive legacy in the industry.
