Join our team! **Job Profile:** * Diploma as a **Clinical Laboratory Technician**, awarded by a higher education institute. * Experience in a clinical laboratory (preferred). * Knowledge of collection, receipt, and processing of biological specimens. * Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment (preferred). * Knowledge of biosafety standards, management of biohazardous waste, and quality control. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory information systems (LIS) (preferred). **Competencies:** * Service orientation. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork. * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Commitment to quality and patient safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, verify, and register biological specimens. * Collect specimens according to established procedures. * Prepare materials, reagents, and equipment for specimen processing. * Perform technical procedures under the supervision of a Medical Technologist. * Operate and perform basic maintenance of laboratory equipment. * Strictly comply with biosafety standards and quality procedures. * Support result delivery and archiving, as well as other laboratory activities. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
