CNC Machining Center Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to operate and maintain machining centers, interpret drawings, and ensure quality and safety in the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of CNC machining centers. 2. Interpretation of technical drawings and verification of dimensions. 3. Support in corrective and preventive maintenance. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical background in Production Mechanics, Metal Construction Mechanics, Maintenance Mechanics, and/or related fields. \- Knowledge of mechanical drawing reading. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. (Desirable but not mandatory) \- Availability to work in Ate (residence in Santa Anita, La Molina, El Agustino, or nearby areas). Living near "Santa Anita Roundabout" is mandatory. \- A serious and "responsible" individual is required. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Perform daily setup of the assigned machine (Machining Center). \- Read and interpret technical drawings to verify dimensions. \- Mount workpieces and calibrate tools on the Tool Turret. \- Operate the CNC Machining Center following direct supervisor instructions. \- Verify dimensions of finished parts. \- Support corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. \- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace. \- Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor. **COMPETENCIES:** \- Problem-solving ability and speed in implementation. \- Good memory and proactive attitude. \- Quick learning ability. \- Analytical capability. **BENEFITS:** \- Market-competitive salary. \- All statutory benefits. \- Formal payroll starting from the 3rd month.
