Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook to join our team, responsible for preparing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring proper presentation, collaborating with the team, managing supplies responsibly, and complying with hygiene standards. Responsible management of supplies and compliance with regulations **SM Hotel & Bussines Av Universitaria 848, San Miguel.** **We are currently looking for a Cook to join our team!** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and execute dishes according to our quality standards * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization at your station * Ensure excellent presentation of each dish * Collaborate with the team to deliver agile and efficient service * Manage supplies responsibly * Comply with hygiene, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a cook in a restaurant serving traditional Peruvian cuisine or breakfast, preferably. * Knowledge of cooking techniques and handling of kitchen utensils and equipment. * Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. * Capacity to follow instructions and recipes accurately. * Positive attitude, proactivity, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Completed culinary studies.
