Job Summary: We are seeking internal security personnel to safeguard the physical integrity of occupants, report incidents, and treat occupants with courtesy. Key Highlights: 1. Internal building security staff who interact with sound judgment and treat occupants with kindness, respect, and service; promptly report any incident that occurs without endangering occupants or building equipment. Safeguard occupants' physical integrity; the Concierge serves as the first line of defense in emergency situations such as theft, fire, flooding, or earthquake. Requirements: \- Prior experience in concierge or security roles. \- Strong communication skills \- Teamwork ability \- Discretion and confidentiality \- Professional appearance \- Attention to property owners Responsibilities: \- Day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM \- Immediately report any incident to management \- Daily incident reporting \- Monitoring and enforcement of building regulations and cohabitation rules Benefits: \- Bonus + CTS + 15 days of vacation \- Immediate payroll registration \- Salary paid 40% on the 15th and the remainder at month-end \- Positive work environment Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,750.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
