Job Summary: We are seeking drivers to perform minor civil works and surface-level mine maintenance at a gold mining unit, with experience and knowledge in safety. Key Highlights: 1. Career path within a leading company in the sector. **DRIVERS** Duties to be performed at Retamas Gold Mining Unit (MARSA) \- La Libertad \*Work schedule: 28 days worked x 14 days off. \*Camp accommodation, meals, and PPE are provided. \*Minor civil works and surface-level mine maintenance duties. **Requirements:** * **Category A2 B driver's license (MANDATORY).** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within the mining industry. * Knowledge of defensive driving. * Knowledge of first aid. * Knowledge of incident and accident investigation. * Prior work experience in highland regions or low-temperature environments. **Transportation:** * Transportation is covered from Piura, Chiclayo, and Lima to Trujillo, where boarding to the Mining Unit will take place (round trip). * Direct transportation from Trujillo to the Mining Unit (round trip). * Transportation for personnel from Cajamarca is covered in segments: Cajamarca \- Cajabamba, Cajabamba \- Huamachuco, and Huamachuco \- Mining Unit (round trip). * The employee shall only bear the transportation cost for **(Cajabamba \ Huamachuco)** round trip, which will later be **reimbursed in their salary (35 soles).** **Benefits:** * Standard labor regime (bonus payments, CTS, vacation time). * Career path within a leading company in the sector. * All required PPEs are provided. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one with market-aligned salary. * Excellent working environment.
