Defensive driving and safe operation. **JOB POSTING: MINIVAN DRIVER – LIMA** ============================================= **Sector:** Construction / Civil and Electrical Works **Work Location:** Metropolitan Lima ### **REQUIREMENTS** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed secondary education. **SPECIFIC AND GENERAL EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum **1 year of experience driving a minivan** for personnel transportation in construction, maintenance, or similar field services. * Experience transporting personnel between different work sites. * Preferred experience in civil works, electrical works, energy, construction, or public-road service projects. **DRIVER'S LICENSE:** * **Valid Class A-IIA license (MANDATORY).** * Clean driving record without sanctions that would impede job performance. **CERTIFICATIONS / DOCUMENTATION:** * Valid personal and driver documentation. * Valid and compliant vehicle documentation. * Valid SOAT (Compulsory Traffic Accident Insurance). * Valid vehicle technical inspection, as applicable. * Preferred training in **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** and defensive driving. ### **️ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform **safe transportation of personnel** between different project work sites. * Transport tools, equipment, and **minor materials**, ensuring proper distribution and secure fastening. * Adhere to established routes and schedules for personnel transportation. * Verify basic vehicle safety and operational conditions before starting each shift. * Maintain the vehicle in appropriate conditions of **cleanliness, order, and functionality**. * Conduct basic vehicle inspections and promptly report any defects or maintenance needs. * Comply with traffic regulations and internal safety procedures. * Apply **defensive driving and safe operation practices** during all trips. * Support transportation of personnel, tools, and materials according to operational service requirements. * Maintain control and care of transported materials and tools. * Report incidents, accidents, mechanical failures, or any condition that may affect service safety. * Follow instructions from the supervisor or project manager. ### **CANDIDATE PROFILE** We seek a responsible, punctual driver committed to **road safety and safe personnel transportation**, with experience in construction services and availability to travel across various locations in Lima. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Safe and preventive driving. * Service orientation. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Care and responsibility toward the vehicle and transported goods. * Ability to adhere to assigned routes and schedules. ### **WORK CONDITIONS** * **Location:** Metropolitan Lima. * **Work Mode:** On-site / Fieldwork. * **Department:** Civil and electrical works. * Availability to travel to different work sites across Lima. * Working hours aligned with project scheduling and requirements. * Formal employment registration and statutory benefits, **subject to company conditions**. ### **APPLICATION** Interested candidates must submit an **updated CV**, specifying in the subject line: **“Minivan Driver – Lima”** **Important:** A **valid Class A-IIA license is a mandatory requirement** for this position.
