HARD SKILLS 1\.1 Academic Background Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; additional academic credentials such as workshops, specializations, certifications, or similar qualifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI) are highly desirable but not mandatory. 1\.2 Industry Background Must come exclusively from the construction industry or related fields. 1\.3 Functional Background Must have professional experience specifically in Construction Resident roles or similar positions. 1\.4 Specializations 1\.5 Relevant Positions Held and Years of Experience Must have held the same or a similar position for at least 5 years. 1\.6 Other Expected Competencies Mandatory Lean Construction Fast Track Projects Construction Costs Desirable ZONE 2\. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Cost control and Fast-Track execution using Lean Construction. * Efficient and strategic management of contractors and suppliers. * Strict monitoring of schedules and budgets. * Proactive assurance of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance (OSH/Environment).
