Requirements Licensed, registered, and authorized Civil Engineer (minimum 6 years of registration) Minimum of five (5) documented participations as Construction Resident in the execution and/or supervision of educational building projects or similar public or private infrastructure—including schools, institutes, productive technical centers, health centers, health posts, specialized medical centers, polyclinics, hospitals, clinics, universities, multi-family housing and/or apartments, public institutions, banking entities, hotels, municipal palaces, institutional headquarters, penitentiary centers, police stations, shopping centers, sports complexes, and stadiums.
