The available position is for a **Construction Supervisor** **Work Mode:** On-site (willingness to travel required) **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday – Full-time **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control construction progress. * Verify proper execution according to drawings and schedule. * Coordinate with residents, contractors, and suppliers. * Prepare technical reports and progress reports. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. * **Ensure adherence to the project’s budgeted direct cost.** **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Valid professional license. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of construction supervision, drawing interpretation, and construction control. * Training in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and MS Project (preferred).
