We seek a candidate with kitchen experience, execution speed, strong organizational and cleanliness skills, and the ability to perform efficiently during high-demand periods. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and produce dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards * Perform mise en place prior to service * Maintain order and cleanliness at one’s workstation * Control portion sizes and proper handling of ingredients * Comply with food hygiene and safety protocols * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure fast and high-quality service * Support operational tasks in the department as needed **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook in restaurants * Knowledge of basic and/or intermediate cooking techniques * Ability to work under pressure * Punctuality, responsibility, and positive attitude * Availability to work in Barranco * Immediate availability (preferred) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary aligned with market standards and experience * Positive work environment * Meals provided during shifts * Opportunities for growth within the restaurant * Immediate hiring Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
